While weight gain isn't a big concern acutely, consider the following when starting new it may affect adherence at home.

Atypical antipsychotics. These are some of the worst offenders...especially olanzapine (Zyprexa, etc) or clozapine. About one-third of patients using olanzapine gain more than 7% of their original body weight.
