Add Olanzapine/Samidorphan to Pre-Op Checklists

You may see the new med combo olanzapine/samidorphan (Lybalvi) used to treat schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.

Samidorphan is a new opioid antagonist derived from naltrexone.

It's added to try to lessen weight gain from olanzapine...possibly by blocking opioid receptors that regulate appetite. But weight gain differences are minimal.
